Remote Repair (30 Mins)

A one-off remote access session for 30 minutes costing £19.95. If we are unable to make a remote repair due to further work being required either at our workshop or on-site, we will reduce the final bill by £10.00. PC's infested with viruses or spyware may require more than one 30 minute session.

Remote Repair Contract

A monthly contract for unlimited remote repair and support, costing £6.99 per month. (3 months minimum contract) A payment is made for £20.97 (3 months) then each month in advance for £6.99.
You can cancel the contract at any time by notifying us in writing or by email. Payments can be made by debit/credit card or bank standing order. Or get a discount by paying annually.

A monthly contract for unlimited remote repair and support including 4 free repairs at our workshop per year (one per quarter) for repairs unable to be achieved remotely*, costing £9.99 per month. (3 months minimum contract) A payment is made for £29.97 (3 months) then each month in advance for £9.99.

A free workshop repair can be claimed after an attempt to fix remotely has failed or at the discretion of the workshop manager. It includes all that is necessary to repair the fault, but does not include parts or optional extras such as backing up customers data. A free workshop repair can be converted to an on-site repair at a cost of £30.00 per visit.
