Many of our customers have taken advantage of this innovative method of getting an engineer in front of your PC and seen the annual cost of computer maintenance tumble.

What do I get for my money?

Our engineer will take over your PC remotely, you need to give permission with a couple of clicks, it's as simple as that. He can then work at your PC just as if he was in front of it. You don't even have to pay for the phone call, our engineer will call you back or if you prefer you can leave our engineer working and he will turn your PC off when he has finished.

What does it cost?

You can purchase a one-off remote repair for £19.95 per 30 minutes. This is often long enough to sort the problem or decide that the PC or laptop will need a vist to our workshop or an engineer on-site. For example a failing hard drive. If this is the case, you get £10.00 off the subsequent workshop or on-site repair.
Alternatively, you can purchase a remote repair contract for £6.99 per month (3 months minimum) or £79.95 per year. The plus pack gives you a remote repair contract + 4 free visits per year to our workshop (parts not included) for £9.99 per month (3 months minimum) or £99.95 per year. Any of the free workshop visits can be converted to on-site visits for just £30.00 (half our normal call out charge).

What else do I get?

If you decide not to have the advanced security pack we install free antivirus and anti-spyware programs , so that you are still protected. A free hard disk cleanup utility to keep your PC running smoothly, and an optional, but still free, online backup facility to store your valuable documents and pictures.
