This months competition is something everyone wants.

Our engineers will install Windows 7 Home Premium full product (not an upgrade) on your XP or Vista PC. This is a new clean installation, with your data backed up and transferred to the new Windows 7 folders. (Existing programs will need to installed again). Then our engineers set up your PC at your home and connect broadband, printer etc. (external devices and programs must be modern enough to work with Windows 7)

Q2. Regarding the previous question, what do you actually get for your money?

A: A timed appointment so that you don't have to wait in all day for our engineer.

The first hour of the engineers time included then £30.00 per half hour thereafter.

Q3. If your PC failed to start but showed an error message saying "Please insert system disk", would you : -

A: Put the Windows CD into the CD drive.

B: Open your PC case and make sure that the hard drive is connected securely.

C: Turn the PC off and call the Computer Doctors for advice.

Q4.You have an annoying problem on your PC. Every time you try to open Word it doesn't open properly. Would you :-

A: Call our dedicated remote support number, let our engineer take over your PC and fix the problem while you watch. Feel smug because it was your idea to join the remote support service for just £6.99 per month.

B: Let next door's son have a look at it. He may be very good, then again, he may trash your PC. Oops!

C: Call out an engineer to your home or office (See Q1) or bring the PC into our surgery for a repair.
Q5. Your PC has crashed and you are unable to shut it down. You don't have a reset button so do you :-

A: Turn it off at the mains switch and risk damaging your hard drive.

Hold the power button in for 5 seconds to power down safely, then after 20 seconds try a normal start.
