Whether you are changing your address, have a new telephone number or a new email address, it's important to let us know so that we can change the details that we hold for you.

We have lots of occasions where a customer has booked an engineer to call and while our engineer is ringing the bell of an empty house, our customer is on the telephone, the other side of town, asking where he is!

Your phone number is your most important contact, if our engineer is delayed we will let you know. Or if your regular engineer, who knows your system, thinks he can solve your problem with a phone call, he will ring you. So having your phone number can save you the cost of a call out.

Your email address! Nobody wants to give their email address to a company that will send them a marketing email every other day and we never do that. If you're signed up for our newsletter reminder this arrives once a month, otherwise we will only email you on rare occasions. Sometimes we contact customers that have just had a repair, to ask if they are happy with the result or need further support.
