Each time you have a problem and a box pops up saying "Tell Microsoft about this problem?" the information you supply is actually put to good use. Microsoft have over 100 fixes stored on their database for you to download and fix your PC for free. Many of the fixes are automatic so you can fix within a few clicks.

If you bring your PC or laptop into Northampton workshop we would be happy to run a free overnight hardware diagnostics. Your PC doesn't need to be able to boot to Windows to be able to be included.
The next morning we can offers you some options regarding a repair or you can collect the PC to do the repair yourself or get a second opinion.
Recycle your old PC PC Disposal
When your PC or laptop comes to the end of its life, you can't just throw it in the dustbin. Lots of toxic chemicals exist in the average PC that can leech into the ground and pollute water if allowed to get into landfill. We have a weekly collection from a registered recycler and you can add any unusable electronics to our collection free of charge. To show our commitment, we'll even wipe your old hard drive for you, before disposal.		 Remote Access Repair Remote Repair

Many hundreds of our customers have achieved a successful repair by allowing our tech support engineers to remotely access their PC's. For just £19.95 it can be just as if our engineer was sitting at your PC and fixing your problems.
