Has your laptop gone back to the manufacturers for a repair, or you need one for a short course, a conference or training session?  Short term hire may be the answer.  We offer competitive hire on laptops.  By keeping our overheads to a minimum we believe we are able to offer the most competitive hire rates in this area.

All hire contracts run for a minimum of one day.  Book as early as you can, we will deliver equipment the day before your contract starts provided we have a couple of days notice, otherwise we will deliver before 10.30 on the first day of hire.  We will arrange to collect the equipment, normally the day after you notify us you wish to off hire it. Alternatively, you can collect and return to our Northampton shop during normal opening times.

All hire contracts are charged based on the length of time you keep equipment, which may be a shorter or longer period than originally asked for.  If you are hiring for more than two months, or hiring more than one machine we are happy to offer discounts, please contact us for details.

All equipment is fully tested and hard drives re-imaged prior to hire, however we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by failure that may occur at any time during the hire period.

All hire contracts are subject to status.

A £15 + VAT local delivery/collection fee is charged within our local area, unless collected/returned to our Northampton shop.

Please indicate prior to hire, if you require our engineers to configure or transfer your data to or from the hire machine. Normal rates apply. To protect your deposit, accident insurance is available for just £2.50 per day.
