We can copy your files to CD's, DVD's, solid state disks or external drives.
If this is being carried out as part of a repair, we can scan your data for viruses and spyware then restore it to the PC after repair.

If you are worried about the amount of valuable data on your PC we can back up your data to external media to prevent loss if your PC fails.
If we are carrying out a repair on your PC that involves reinstalling Windows, we can back up your data, scan and restore to the new installation. (If the repair is due to a failed hard drive see Data Recovery)
If you are purchasing a new PC or laptop from us we can transfer your data to your new PC at our surgery prior to collection or delivery.
We give 12 months guarantee on any parts and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware).
Due to the transient nature of electronically stored data, we can never guarantee any particular piece of data will be accessible.
It is important that you, or your representative if you are not available, check to make sure the work has been carried out to your satisfaction. |
