The complete test runs for several hours and tests the electronics of the PC without involving Windows or any software.
A failure allows us to pinpoint an item to replace, a clear run indicates a software or file corruption problem.

After the hardware diagnostics, we are usually in a position to give you a firm quote on the cost of the repair and suggest a fixed rate fee.
If the repair is not economic then we would suggest a replacement tower or laptop.
You are not obligated to have the repair carried out or purchase replacement equipment from us.
We give 12 months guarantee on any parts and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware). |
