Please Note
This service is available for Windows PC's, laptops, peripherals and accessories.

The PC or laptop must be able to start Windows, if not please see Standard Repair.

It is important that you, or your representative if you are not available, check to make sure that any work has been carried out to your satisfaction, before the engineer leaves.

Payment on completion is always required unless you have an online receipt or an approved credit account with Computer Doctors Ltd.

This is a comprehensive MOT for your computer, we recommend this to be carried out annually.

One of our engineers will carry out a health check on your PC or laptop including a spyware and virus scan. You will also get a consultation and advice on improving your PC’s performance.

The health check can be carried out either at your home, or at our workshop.

We will discuss any PC problems you may have prior to starting.

We will assess the software configuration and hardware stability of your PC and correct any errors.

Install Windows updates and security patches.

Carry out a full virus and spyware scan and clean.

Remove any dust and fluff from critical areas of the PC's cooling system.

Advise you on any required upgrades.

Free installation of any upgrades purchased from us.

We will answer any questions you have on the PC health check.

We give 12 months guarantee on any parts changed and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware).
