We will return your repaired PC or laptop to your home and try to make the PC as much as possible like it was before it went wrong. This includes installing broadband connections, printers and configuring the desktop to your liking.
It is important that the user of the PC is in attendance, so we will contact you when the surgery repair is complete to arrange a convenient time to carry out the on-site setup.
Due to the complexities of integrating a PC into an existing business network, normally hourly rate is charged for business setup after surgery repair.
We give 12 months guarantee on any parts and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware). |
