| We will always try and run the free automated hardware test, but if this doesn't give a clear indication of the fault or if your PC crashes our test software or fails to boot to our test software, we may have to carry out a manual system diagnostics.
Also, work may be required on the PC to enable it to run the automated test safetly, i.e. if say the PC was overheating.
If you proceed with the repair, this work is included in the repairs fixed fee.

After a free automated hardware diagnostics, we are usually in a position to give you a firm quote on the cost of the repair and suggest a fixed rate fee. If this is not applicable we would carry out a manual system diagnostics.
You are not obligated to have the repair carried out or purchase replacement equipment from us. But a manual system diagnostics charge is payable if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
We give 12 months guarantee on any parts and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware). |
