| When you purchase a new PC, the hard part is setting up Internet access and printers etc.
We will deliver your new PC (if supplied by us) unpack it and take away the packaging and your old PC if requested.
We will setup your new PC to your requirements and explain any differences between it and your old PC.
We can optionally, set up remote access support, so that any future changes can be made remotely.
Optionally, we can back up your data, (documents, pictures etc.) and transfer to your new PC.

and can often arrange an appointment for the same day or next
working day.

Explain any new technology to the user
On completion we will collect the packaging and your old PC for disposal (if required).
Optionally, we can transfer your old emails to the new PC.
Transfer required files (documents, music, photos) to the new PC.
Your new PC will come with its own warranty, please read the warranty document fully and register your equipment online if required.
We give 12 months guarantee on any parts and 30 days on software configuration. (Excludes later configuration changes made by the user or malware). |
